Prices are displayed on each tour's booking page (Japanese consumption tax included).
Additional Fees
Internet connection charges are borne by the customer. Any costs not included in the tour price (e.g., optional food and drink, or transport) are indicated on each tour's booking page.

Credit card and other payment methods displayed at checkout (JTB BÓKUN; payments processed by Stripe).
Payment Timing
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Service Delivery
Services are provided on the tour date selected at booking. A confirmation email is sent when your booking is completed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation conditions and refund eligibility are set for each tour and displayed on each tour's booking page (JTB BÓKUN). Please check the cancellation policy of your tour before booking. If we cancel a tour (e.g., due to weather), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. Refunds are issued to the payment method used at booking and may take several business days to appear depending on your payment method and provider. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Application Period
Availability varies by date. A booking is confirmed upon completion of payment.

キャンセル・返金
キャンセルの条件および返金の可否はツアーごとに定め、各ツアーの予約画面（JTB BÓKUN）に表示します。ご予約前に必ず該当ツアーのキャンセルポリシーをご確認ください。天候等当方の事由により催行を中止する場合は、代替日への振替または全額返金にて対応します。返金は予約時にご利用いただいた決済手段に対して行われ、ご利用の決済手段および決済機関により反映まで数営業日かかる場合があります。詳細は利用規約（Terms & Conditions）をご確認ください。
申込みの有効期限
予約枠は空き状況により変動します。決済完了をもって予約成立となります。
